Materials and application formulations

Choose materials for the packaging format, component sensitivity, storage environment and customer specification. PFM masterbatch is plug-and-play and fits existing film, bag-making and tray-forming equipment. The 100% plastic-free design eliminates microplastic and extractable contamination of precision components, and high hydrophobicity and oil resistance protect components from moisture. For anti-static uses, define the resistance range, humidity and test method first, then test the specific formulation and finished product.

Processing and sample support

  1. Define the product

Choose from protective bags, separator films and packaging trays; confirm dimensions, structure and use requirements.

  2. Select the material and formulation

Confirm the PFM grade or composite formulation for the product — 100% PLA-free, no microplastics, highly hydrophobic and oil-resistant.

  3. Run process trials

Film production, bag-making and tray forming: adjust process parameters from sample results; plug-and-play, no line replacement.

  4. Confirm next steps

After the sample is approved, review anti-static testing, equipment, and next production steps.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ordinary electronic packaging bags and PLA packaging?

Ordinary plastic packaging does not degrade; PLA needs industrial high-temperature composting. PFM electronic packaging is 83% biobased and 100% PLA-free with no microplastic-shedding risk — it degrades in natural environments, and its high hydrophobicity and oil resistance protect precision components better.

How can we trial our existing equipment?

PFM masterbatch is plug-and-play and fits existing film, bag-making and tray-forming equipment. Share the equipment model, current material and product dimensions, and we will arrange a small batch trial before discussing production conditions.

Which tests are needed?

Surface resistance, humidity stability, cleanliness, extractables and transport-protection tests can be arranged per project; the 100% plastic-free design reduces the risk of microplastic and extractable contamination of components.

How is anti-static performance achieved?

For anti-static uses, define the resistance range, humidity and test method first, then test the specific formulation and finished product, confirming each item against the required protection level.
